Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional spray or fertilization experience required.
• Ability to read application rates on product labels and perform basic math to calibrate fertilizer spreaders.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and able to work well as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform fertilizer and chemical applications, including spreading fertilizer, mixing chemicals, and applying treatments.
• Maintain client properties by diagnosing and treating insects, diseases, and weeds.
• Follow all application guidelines in accordance with product labels, environmental requirements, and company policies.
• Ensure all tasks are completed according to company quality standards and client expectations.
• Prepare for assigned daily routes by loading tools, chemicals, and equipment.
• Transport granular fertilizer products and supplies to and from client locations.
• Perform assigned service duties efficiently and safely.
• Prepare and clean job sites following product applications.
