Description

At CEPRA Landscape, we design, build, and maintain world‑class landscapes and cultivate the people behind them. As a privately owned company, we specialize in commercial landscape maintenance and construction, proudly serving the Central and West Coast Florida markets.

Department: Maintenance

Location: Ocoee, FL

Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 / hour

Our Spray Technicians play a key role in maintaining healthy landscapes by applying fertilizers and pesticides across commercial properties. They ensure high-quality service, promote plant health, and maintain clear communication with clients and field teams.

Responsibilities
  • Safely apply pesticides and fertilizers using both mechanical and hand‑operated equipment
  • Follow all product label instructions and FDACS regulations, maintaining accurate application records
  • Wear required PPE and attend all safety trainings
  • Calibrate equipment regularly to ensure accurate and effective application
  • Identify and diagnose common turf and ornamental pests
  • Communicate proactively with managers before and after job completion
  • Maintain and clean all equipment, ensuring it’s ready and safe for use
  • Manage tools, materials, and supplies to support efficient job execution
  • Work independently or as part of a team; assist other branches as needed
  • Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic

  • Commercial landscape spray experience preferred; willing to train candidates with landscape maintenance background
  • English communication skills required (Spanish a plus)
  • Ability to read and interpret pesticide/fertilizer labels and SDS sheets
  • BMP certification preferred
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions (Mon–Thu, 10‑hour shifts)
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
