Job summary

Roark Landscape in Tulsa, OK seeks an experienced Enhancement Department Manager to lead the department responsible for landscape enhancements, irrigation, and construction. You will drive profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction while mentoring a team across multiple project types.

You will set goals, manage budgets, review job costing, and partner with Sales to plan projects. This role emphasizes leadership development, Lean thinking, and adherence to company standards and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable on company’s policy.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred for leadership in a bilingual environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and company technology/software systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Enhancement Department operations and outlines goals.
• Manages enhancement installations, irrigation projects, landscape construction, renovations, and specialty projects.
• Develops department budgets and monitors P&L and production reports.
• Coaches and develops direct reports into future leaders and conducts regular one-on-one meetings.
• Ensures safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance across all work.
