Job summary

BrightView Holdings, Inc. in Monroe, OH is seeking an Enhancement Laborer to execute small-scale landscaping operations and maintain the grounds of commercial properties. This role supports team efforts in planting, pruning, mulching, and lawn maintenance.

The pay range is $18 to $21 per hour, based on experience and certifications/licenses at the time of offer. Full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, holidays, and possible PTO; a valid driver’s license is required for on-site

Qualifications

• 6 months of commercial landscape experience preferred.
• Current driver license.
• Knowledge to adjust sprinklers and perform basic cement-related tasks can be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant removal, replanting, lawn conversion, sidewalk replacement, mulching, pruning, and planting trees.
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) and water plants/lawns.
• Apply fertilizer and follow application standards.
• Handle tools and transport materials between sites.
• Maintain grounds in accordance with landscape plans and safety standards.
