Job summary

Greene Thumb Landscape Inc. in Indiana is seeking reliable landscape team members for a February 2027 start. You will join our enhancement and maintenance crews on planting and hardscape projects, building skills and contributing to local properties.

You’ll follow foreman directions, work safely, protect customer property, and collaborate with teammates on a variety of outdoor tasks throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Prior landscaping, planting, construction, or related outdoor work experience.
• Willingness to work on both planting and hardscape projects.
• Ability to follow directions, work with a team, and learn new techniques.
• Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and a positive approach to outdoor work.
• Ability to perform essential duties such as digging, bending, kneeling, and moving materials.

Responsibilities

• Install seasonal annuals, trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, and other landscape materials.
• Prepare planting beds and project sites through digging, soil preparation, landscape removal, and cleanup.
• Assist with paver installations and other hardscape projects, including moving materials and preparing bases.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment appropriate to your training.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow the foreman’s direction to complete work safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
• Protect customer property and keep jobsites clean and organized.
• Support maintenance and other field teams when installation work is lighter.
