MMC Land Management is hiring a full-time Landscape Enhancement Supervisor to lead crews and oversee landscape projects from planning through completion in Pennsylvania. You will coordinate daily fieldwork, guide your team, and work directly with clients to deliver healthy, attractive outdoor spaces while meeting schedules, budgets, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance or related field; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of lawn care, horticulture, irrigation systems, and gardening practices.
• Hands-on experience with landscape construction, including operating skid steers and mini-excavators.
• Leadership and communication skills to motivate crews and work with clients.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather.
• Driver's license required.

As a family-owned and operated company, MMC has grown from a small outdoor service provider into a comprehensive commercial landscape and land management operation built on quality craftsmanship and lasting client relationships. In this role, you will coordinate daily fieldwork, guide your team, and work directly with clients to create and maintain healthy, attractive outdoor spaces while meeting project schedules, budgets, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscape enhancement work, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and mulching.
• Plan and execute landscape projects, keeping work on schedule, within budget, and aligned with company quality standards.
• Coordinate crew schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance and safe work practices.
• Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to support efficient water use.
• Inspect sites to evaluate landscape health, identify pests, disease, and other issues, and implement solutions.
• Work with clients to understand their goals and recommend plant selections, landscape designs, and maintenance plans.
• Ensure crews follow safety regulations and company policies at all project sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or a related field; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of lawn care, horticulture, tree care, irrigation systems, and gardening practices.
• Hands-on experience with construction work related to landscape enhancement, including required proficiency operating skid steers and mini-excavators.
• Leadership skills to motivate crews, coordinate work, and maintain quality standards.
• Strong communication skills for working with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting heavy materials, operating landscaping equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Driver’s license required.

Compensation

$26.00–$32.00 per hour
