Job summary

Russell Landscape in South Carolina is seeking an Enhancement Manager to lead commercial landscape construction projects from start to finish. You will oversee field crews and subcontractors, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and uphold Russell's high standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating trades, reading blueprints, and managing schedules, costs, and safety across multiple crews and GCs. OSHA certification and bilingual skills are valued assets for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial landscape construction.
• Able to read and execute from blueprints and construction documents.
• Knowledge of landscape construction methods (hardscape, planting, drainage).
• Proven success managing subcontractors, field teams, production schedules, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; confident with GCs and clients.
• OSHA certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and US work authorization.”
• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Monitor job progress, track costs, manage materials, and adjust schedules to meet milestones.
• Attend jobsite meetings and serve as the main contact with GCs, vendors, and clients.
• Collaborate with Branch and Irrigation Managers to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, compliant, and professional jobsite.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Enhancement Manager, you’ll act as a field superintendent overseeing commercial landscape construction projects from start to finish—ensuring each job is delivered on time, on budget, and up to Russell’s high standards.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years of experience in commercial landscape construction, including leadership over multi-trade job sites
• Strong ability to read and execute from blueprints and construction documentation
• In-depth knowledge of landscape construction methods, including hardscape installation, planting, concrete work, and drainage
• Proven success managing subcontractors, field teams, production schedules, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with GCs and high-level commercial clients
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with jobsite reporting tools
• A valid driver’s license, a clean motor vehicle record (MVR), and eligibility to work lawfully in the United States
• OSHA certification (required) and bilingual ability (English/Spanish) are a plus
