Russell Landscape is seeking dependable and motivated Enhancement Crew Members to assist with the installation of landscape enhancement projects for our commercial clients. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape enhancement installations including planting, mulching, seasonal color, sod installation, and small hardscape projects.
• Follow direction from the Crew Leader to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and properly use tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with equipment operation as trained.
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the Crew Leader or supervisor.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements
