Job summary

Mariani Landscape is seeking an Enhancement Production Coordinator to supervise on-site enhancement crews, ensure adherence to Mariani quality standards, and train team members in installation techniques, safety, and policy compliance. The role requires coordinating schedules, materials, and daily directions with Crew Leaders and other coordinators.

The candidate will oversee time sheets, assist in performance reviews, and help with snow removal planning when needed, while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years field experience in landscape installation/enhancement.
• Knowledge of equipment and plant materials used in landscape enhancement.
• Valid Illinois Driver's License; CDL preferred.
• Certified Landscape Technician license or plan to obtain one.
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect every enhancement site to ensure Mariani quality standards.
• Lead safety and training meetings for foremen.
• Train crews on installation techniques and plant handling.
• Provide daily schedules and instructions to crews.
• Supervise on-site activities and coordinate with clients and staff.
