Job summary

Mariani Landscape is seeking an Enhancement Production Coordinator to supervise enhancement sites, train crews, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will lead crews, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with Client Representatives to ensure project success.

The role requires strong leadership, at least 5 years in landscape enhancement, and proficiency with ASPIRE and MS Office. Illinois driver’s license preferred; CDL a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years field experience in landscape installation/enhancement.
• Knowledge of equipment and plant materials used in landscape enhancement and installation.
• Valid Illinois Driver's License; CDL preferred.
• Valid Certified Landscape Technician license, or plan to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead and direct others.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with computer functions and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to navigate company production software (ASPIRE).

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies, procedures, and work standards.
• Inspect each enhancement site to ensure Mariani quality standards.
• Lead weekly foreman safety and training meetings.
• Train crews on installation techniques, equipment operation, plant handling, hardscape best practices, pest identification, and control measures.
• Provide crews with daily schedules and instructions.
• Supervise daily activities and performance of enhancement crews.
• Handle problems on the job site from clients and associates.
• Maintain accurate list of crew members and jobsite locations.
• Review time sheets for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with performance reviews for Crew Leaders and Crew Members.
• Interact with other Production Coordinators regarding job scheduling and material deliveries.
• Assist in snow removal planning and staffing.
• Communicate with Client Representative for design/installation guidance.
• Coordinate with shop on equipment and material needs.
• Evaluate work to meet client expectations.
• Complete paperwork accurately (time-off, injury reports, etc.).
• Arrive on time and work required hours, including overtime when needed.
• Participate in Mariani initiatives and train new team members.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance service offerings.
• Other duties as assigned.
