Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in the Town of Mount Pleasant area seeks a Crew Leader Enhancement to supervise a small landscape team. You will lead hands-on landscape enhancement and maintenance, including soil, planting, watering, and pest control, ensuring work meets high client standards.

The role involves inspecting sites, coordinating schedules, operating equipment, and training crew members with a strong emphasis on safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape install experience.
• Minimum 1 year in lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing a 2+ person crew.
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 2+ in landscape enhancement and maintenance, ensuring client standards.
• Inspect sites and guide soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
• Drive, train crew, and manage schedules with emphasis on safety; review charts and reports.
