Job summary

ProQual Landscaping in Tempe, AZ is hiring a full-time Enhancement Crew Foreman to lead our landscape enhancement team and drive quality, efficiency, and safety on a variety of outdoor projects.

The role covers hardscape and plant installations, irrigation tasks, crew supervision, training, and adherence to project schedules, with hands-on tool use and site maintenance across the yard, office, and vehicles.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience leading a landscape enhancement crew.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks related to landscape enhancement including installation of hardscape, turf, shrubs, and trees, plus basic irrigation and drainage tasks.
• Lead, delegate, train, and support others in a positive, patient manner.
• Ensure procedures, processes and quality of work are followed and achieved.
• Meet production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Safe use of landscape tools and equipment (jackhammers, skid steers, compactors, trencher, blowers, hedge trimmers, mowers, weed trimmers).
• Maintain a clean and orderly job site including the office, yard and company vehicles.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles.
• Follow job site and vehicle safety procedures.
• Attend training classes and seminars as requested by Branch Manager.
• Active Driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience.

• Must be able to take direction, lead, delegate, train, and support others in a positive and patient manner
