Precision Landscape in Greenville, SC is seeking a Sales Rep/Landscape Designer to generate leads, meet clients, and design customized outdoor spaces for high-end properties. You will drive the Design/Build process from concept through approval, balancing aesthetics with practical installation considerations.

The role blends sales and design, requiring a landscape design background, CAD proficiency, and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or landscape design or related field.
• 3+ years landscape design experience (preferred).
• 3+ years high-end sales experience (preferred).
• AutoCAD or design software experience preferred.
• Knowledge of design concepts, irrigation techniques, and hardscaping.
• Horticultural experience.

• Follow Precision Landscape management sales processes including proposal development.
• Collaborate with the client to determine the vision for their outdoor space.
• Draft design concepts to show the client and get approval.
• Drive the sales and design portion of our Design/Build process.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and designing customized landscape solutions that meet their needs and preferences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping, strong sales skills, and a keen eye for design.

Compensation

Salary- Full-time

$60,000/yr plus commission. Successful sales reps make 100k+ each year
