Job summary

Archway Lawn Care seeks a Landscape Divisional Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and develop crews, and ensure high-quality maintenance and installation projects. Landscape Divisional Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily landscape division operations, including scheduling, staffing, production, and project execution.
• Lead, train, and develop landscape crews, supervisors, and other team members.
• Manage landscape maintenance and installation projects to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service expectations are met.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, equipment usage, productivity, and overall divisional profitability.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and resources to support efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, grow the division, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational goals, business development, and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape management, landscaping operations, or a related green industry field.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and overseeing daily operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, installation, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Understanding of labor management, budgeting, and job costing preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors and adapt to the seasonal demands of the landscaping industry.
