Our Baltimore office is looking for a strong entry-level Landscape Designer to join the Landscape Architecture Market Sector. Our next team member will have excellent communication, design, graphic and visualization skills. This individual will manage, organize and coordinate with the design and technical project teams throughout the design process to successfully execute architectural projects.
Our award-winning Landscape Architecture team works with a diverse clientele across the United States on a rich variety of project types including parks, recreational facilities, educational campuses, housing/mixed-use neighborhoods, senior living communities and healthcare environments.

The projected base salary for this full-time position is $63,000-$68,000. Hord Coplan Macht’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, as well as the individual’s education, experience, and skillsets. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of HCM’s total compensation package for employees.
