Job summary

RSC Landscaping is seeking a Landscape Designer to shape beautiful environments from concept to installation. You will collaborate with a skilled team, create CAD-based designs for residential and commercial properties, and meet with clients to capture preferences and goals.

The role involves site analyses, preparing estimates, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring accurate execution of designs in a supportive, growth-focused workplace.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher in horticultural design or a related field.
  • Experience with computer design software (such as CAD) preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with flexibility to collaborate with various crews.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work both outdoors in various weather conditions and in an office setting.
  • Consistent and dependable attendance.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
