Job summary

Suncrest Gardens Inc is seeking a Registered Landscape Architect to advance client design, sales and project delivery. You will prepare construction documents, client presentations, and 3D models while leveraging AutoCAD to craft base plans.

The role emphasizes service quality, collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors, and profitability review. Experience in landscape architecture is valued; training in sales and customer acquisition is provided, along with drafting tools and full-time

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver's License.
• 3+ years of Landscape Architect experience in the landscape industry.
• Graduate of an accredited Landscape Architect Program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction documents and obtain necessary permits.
• Prepare client presentations including design drafts, 3D models, and material options.
• Utilize AutoCAD to prepare base plans.
• Provide excellent customer service from project start to finish.
• Coordinate with scheduler, suppliers and subcontractors on materials.
• Review project budgets and analyze profitability.
• Engage with clients to offer services, estimates and design drafts.
• Prospect new leads during the winter to build a schedule for the season.

Relationships are crucial, and providing exceptional service, creativity, and inspiration is what Suncrest Landscape Architects do best!The best part? You will work alongside the current Landscape Development Designers to gain experience in sales, planting, design-build, and AutoCAD.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare construction documents and obtain necessary permits.Prepare client presentations including design drafts, 3D graphic models, and building material options.Utilize AutoCAD to prepare base plans.Offer excellent customer service skills to ensure that clients are satisfied with projects from start to finish.Work with scheduler, suppliers, and subcontractors to establish building materials related to each job.Review budgets and costs of projects upon completion and analyze profitability.Work with potential and existing clients to offer relevant services and recommendations which includes estimates and design drafts.Prospect new leads during the winter months to establish a reliable schedule for the upcoming development season.Offer innovative suggestions and insights regarding new approaches to the Landscape Development industry.Participate in Sales and Customer acquisition TrainingWHY SUNCREST GARDENS?Our team makes a difference, and we believe in them!
