Job summary

Russo Landscapes is seeking a creative, motivated Landscape Design & Sales Associate to join our Acworth-based team. This role blends landscape design, sales, and client interaction to deliver stunning outdoor spaces and lasting relationships with clients.

You will meet with clients on-site, craft buildable landscape plans, present designs confidently, and manage estimates from consultation to contract while coordinating with production teams for project success.

Qualifications

• Expert in landscape design with the ability to produce professional, buildable landscape plans.
• Ability to design independently and present designs confidently to clients
• Applicants without professional landscape design experience and portfolio examples will not be considered
• Expert-level knowledge of plant selection, grading, drainage, hardscape layout, and outdoor living design
• Successful sales track record, excellent communication skills & highly organized
• Self-starter; Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

• $70,000–$125,000+
