Job summary

Russo Landscapes is seeking a Landscape Construction Crew Leader for residential projects. You will lead a small crew, operate equipment, read plans, and ensure quality and efficiency from start to finish.

We build high-end landscapes including walls, patios, drainage, planting, and outdoor living spaces. This hands-on leadership role rewards ownership, teamwork, and career growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Must be experienced and capable in residential landscape construction.
• Rough & finish grading with skid steer, excavator, and mini skid.
• Drainage & irrigation installation.
• Retaining walls (modular block, natural stone).
• Paver, flagstone, and concrete patio/walkway installation.
• Sod, trees, shrubs, and plant installation.
• Landscape lighting installation.
• Safe operation of truck, trailer, and construction equipment.
• Ability to read plans and follow layout.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew on residential landscape projects.
• Operate landscape construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow project plans and layouts.
• Coordinate daily production and timelines.
• Ensure quality workmanship and site cleanliness.
• Communicate with management and clients as needed.
• Mentor and develop crew members.
