Russo Landscapes is growing! We’re seeking a creative, motivated Landscape Design & Sales Associate to join our team. This role blends design, sales, and client interaction to bring stunning outdoor spaces to life.

You’ll meet with clients on-site, design buildable landscape plans, generate estimates, and manage your own sales pipeline from consultation to contract. A proven sales record and expert knowledge of plant selection and hardscape layout are essential.

Qualifications

• Expert in landscape design with the ability to produce professional, buildable landscape plans.
• Ability to design independently and present designs confidently to clients.
• Applicants without professional landscape design experience and portfolio examples will not be considered.
• Expert-level knowledge of plant selection, grading, drainage, hardscape layout, and outdoor living design.
• Successful sales track record, excellent communication skills & highly organized.
• Self-starter; Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients on-site to understand project goals
• Create and present landscape designs (softscape & hardscape)
• Generate estimates and close sales
