Christine London Ltd. seeks a dedicated Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect with a strong project management background to join our team in West Hollywood, CA.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Principals and staff to develop master plans and detailed design features for distinguished residential projects. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in landscape design, 5+ years in project management, and 4+ years in high-end residential design, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in landscape design.
• At least five years of project management experience.
• Four or more years in high-end residential landscape design.

Responsibilities

• Coordination, scheduling, and management of projects including interfacing with clients, vendors, and contractors
• Manage and delegate tasks to support staff
• Project design in collaboration with Principals, in concept development and design features
• Formulating and assembling project deliverables
• Preparing presentation packages, sketching schematic design, delegating, and managing drawings
• Preparing construction document details- delegating and managing drawings
• Provide design documentation in the form of graphic illustration and imagery research on assigned projects
• Communicate with design team, contractors, vendors, and others regarding project needs
• Site observations and reviews during construction phase(s)
• Lead client meetings and presentations
• Redline CAD drawings

The Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years of experience in landscape design.
• At least five years of project management experience.

Desired Skill Set

• Strong technical knowledge in Landscape Architecture
• Conceptual design abilities on master plans and detail scales
• Strong knowledge of Southern California plant palette
• AutoCAD: Proficient in CAD with a clear understanding of technical drawings- plans, sections, elevations
• Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Sketchup preferred- graphic design renderings and presentation
• Strong administrative skills as it pertains to project management- Written and verbal communication, organized, efficient
• Perspective Drawings- Strong rendering skills for master plans, perspectives, elevations, and sections

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in landscape architecture or architecture
