Job summary

The Ground Guys in Dublin, Ohio is seeking a Landscape Team Member for part-time work. You will perform lawn maintenance and basic landscape tasks with a friendly crew in a community-focused environment. You should be reachable and eager to learn, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Competitive pay, flexible hours, and room to grow are offered by the veteran family-led team. Experience in lawn care is a plus, but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn care or landscaping is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and can work independently with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns to create a clean look.
• Planting, weeding, and mulching flower beds.
• Pruning shrubs and small trees; assisting with general tasks as needed.
• Maintaining equipment to ensure smooth job performance.
