Job summary

Ground Guys is seeking a Landscaping Team Member to join our field crew and deliver exceptional lawn care and landscape services. You will be the boots on the ground, performing maintenance tasks with attention to quality and service delivery in all weather conditions.

We look for individuals who are passionate about serving customers, communicate well, and can lift 35–80 pounds as needed. Training is available for those new to the industry, with pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior landscaping, lawn service, or similar experience preferred; willingness to train if no experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and perform physically demanding tasks including lifting 35–80 pounds.

• Serve as front-line member delivering high-quality landscape maintenance.
• Assist with basic design installation duties when not focused on routine landscaping work.
• Ensure work is completed and prepared for the next day; maintain customer service standards.
