Job summary

Roark Landscape is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to keep properties looking their best through mowing, trimming, planting, and cleanup. You will work outdoors in all weather, use professional equipment, and contribute to a safety-conscious team.

The role offers year-round outdoor work with opportunities for training, growth, and reliable attendance. You will be part of a crew led daily by the Crew Leader, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality results.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus, but training is provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand long hours.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds
• Operate hand tools and power equipment
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE
• Work as part of a crew under daily direction from your Crew Leader
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter where applicable
