Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $18.00/hr

ALM Commercial Landscaping is searching for Landscape Crew & Drivers to perform a variety of lawn care maintenance services for our commercial and residential clients to join our new Decatur office! Our Drivers must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. These positions are full-time and benefit-eligible, and we pay weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long-term career and are ready to invest in their growth!

Responsibilities:

1. Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers.
2. Trimming and edging using gas-powered trimmers.
3. Hand pulling weeds.
4. Picking up trash and yard debris.
5. Operating backpack blower to blow leaves and/or grass clippings.
6. Driving company vehicle to and from work sites with crew members (Drivers Only).
7. Other responsibilities as directed.

Qualifications:

1. 1 year of landscape/lawn care experience is preferred; open to training.
2. Bilingual—Spanish/English preferred.
3. Must be at least 18 years of age.
4. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening; must be at least 21 years of age (Drivers Only).
5. Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
6. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
8. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
9. Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day.
