Job summary

Pinnacle Landscaping is hiring a Landscape Crew Member (Driver) in Columbus, OH. This full-time position offers a hourly wage of $19.00 to $21.00 with weekly pay and snow premium pay for qualified drivers.

You will assist the crew, operate equipment, perform maintenance, set up landscapes, and contribute to hardscape and lighting projects as needed. Applicants should have commercial landscaping experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

Commercial landscaping experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license preferred, with acceptable driving record to meet fleet insurance standard.
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently.
High school diploma or GED, preferred.
Ability to operate the listed equipment and other common landscaping equipment.

Responsibilities

Assist Landscape Crew Leader in execution of landscape enhancement plans as instructed by the supervisor.
Operate equipment including commercial mowing machines, trimmers, blowers, and related tools.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Plant, lay sod, trim, prune as the job requires.
Complete landscape and lawn installations as needed.
Complete hardscape projects and outdoor lighting, as needed.
Perform snow removal in winter months.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
