Qualifications

• Valid North Carolina driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• Experience in landscape or construction installation is a plus (not required).
• Strong work ethic and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites
• Assist with landscape and hardscape installation, plantings, mulching, grading, and general labor
• Load, unload, and secure tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain clean trucks, trailers, and job sites
• Follow daily schedules and instructions from the Crew Leader
• Support a positive, respectful, team-focused work environment

Growing Edge Landscape & Design is hiring a dependable Landscape Crew Member & Driver to support our field production teams. This role combines hands-on landscape installation work with safe, responsible operation of company vehicles.

About the Role

As a Landscape Crew Member & Driver, you will help transport the crew to job sites, assist with installation tasks, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Reliability, teamwork, and safe driving habits are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites
• Assist with landscape and hardscape installation, plantings, mulching, grading, and general labor
• Load, unload, and secure tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain clean trucks, trailers, and job sites
• Follow daily schedules and instructions from the Crew Leader
• Support a positive, respectful, team-focused work environment

Schedule & Pay

• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (hours may vary by season)
• 40 hours per week, 8- or 10-hour shifts or combination
• Pay based on experience (DOE)
