Job summary

Yardnique Family of Companies in Wilmington, NC, is seeking a Driver / Crew Member to perform landscape tasks and transport crew between worksites. You will follow installation instructions, ensure safety, and apply planting and irrigation techniques according to standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of landscape experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate relevant equipment. This full-time position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and customer service in varying weather

Qualifications

Experience performing landscape installation or related tasks.
Basic knowledge of Irrigation, Grading, Planting and Sod techniques.
Strong communication and teamwork.
Experience using skid-steers and trenchers/equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely drive crew to, from and between worksites using company vehicle and trailer.
Follow landscape installation instructions to complete projects per standards.
Maintain safety for yourself, crew, and customers on job sites.
Prioritize tasks and follow supervisor directions.
Read landscape plans and apply planting, spacing, and watering techniques properly.
Operate grading equipment and basic landscape tools.
Evaluate and operate irrigation systems as assigned.
Communicate effectively with crew leaders and customers; resolve issues with urgency and good judgment.
