Russell Landscape is looking for a Commercial Landscape Maintenance Crew member/Driver with skills, drive, and pride. If you're experienced, motivated, and ready to grow your career in the green industry, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a crew of landscape professionals, assigning tasks and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, equipment upkeep, and material planning for commercial properties.
• Ensure all maintenance work—mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and more—is done to the highest standards.
• Build strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring total satisfaction.
• Estimate labor and materials for upcoming projects and keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor crew performance, coach team members, and drive excellence in every detail.
• Operate landscape equipment and occasionally assist with commercial construction projects.
  
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience
• Proven leadership and crew management skills
• Strong knowledge of turf, plant care, and commercial maintenance techniques
• Skilled in operating a wide range of landscape equipment
• Clear communication, strong organizational skills, and a positive, problem-solving attitude
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions

The Physical Stuff

This role requires frequent walking, bending, lifting, climbing, and use of hands and tools. You’ll be active outdoors daily—so be ready to move, lead, and get your hands dirty!
