Qualifications

About the Role

Juniper is growing! We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. As a Crew Member, you will perform work on job sites safely and with quality to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position involves dual responsibilities: driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company truck with a 24’ trailer
• Performing daily vehicle inspections
• Completing jobsite tasks such as mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance
• Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment for landscape duties
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check
• Experience in safely driving a truck & trailer
• Landscaping experience preferred
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Willing to work outdoors for long periods, in extreme temperatures and sunlight
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
