Job summary

Sunrise Landscape in Venice, FL is hiring a Landscape Crew Member for full-time work on 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday. You will perform lawn maintenance, mowing, trimming, edging, and related tasks on client properties.

Requirements include at least 6 months in landscaping, be 18+, able to work in Florida heat, pass a background check, and have a valid driver\'s license if driving crew. The role offers an hourly wage of $17.00-$18.00 plus benefits such as PTO, health benefits, holidays,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance.
• To be at least 18 years old and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• To perform physically demanding tasks in the Florida heat.
• To be dependable and able to work well on a team.
• To pass a background check.
• To qualify as a Driver of our crews, in addition to the above, you must: Possess a valid driver\'s license (of at least 3 years) and a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform various landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks including mowing/cutting, trimming, and edging all grass/turf on the assigned property.
• Use blowing equipment to clear debris and leave the client property in better shape than before you arrived!
• Prune shrubs and low trees; remove damaged or dead branches.
• Perform weeding by hand or small tools.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest quality standards and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
• Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

We have an opportunity for a Landscape Crew Member to join our team in our Venice, FL location. This role is Full-Time and expected to work (10-hour days Monday-Thursday).
