Job summary

Sunrise Landscape in Tampa, FL is seeking a Landscape Crew Member for full-time employment, with 10-hour days Monday–Thursday.

The role focuses on mowing, trimming, edging, and other lawn maintenance tasks for client properties, while prioritizing safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance.
• To be at least 18 years old and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• To perform physically demanding tasks in the Florida heat.
• To be dependable and able to work well on a team.
• To pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, cutting, trimming and edging on assigned properties.
• Use blowing equipment to clear debris and leave client property in better shape.
• Prune shrubs and low trees; remove damaged or dead branches.
• Perform weeding by hand or with small tools.
• Ensure tasks meet high quality standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

We have an opportunity for a Landscape Crew Member to join our team in our Tampa, FL location. This role is Full-Time and expected to work (10-hour days Monday-Thursday).

Roles and Responsibilities:

As one of our Landscape Crew Members, you will:

• Perform various landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks including mowing/cutting, trimming, and edging all grass/turf on the assigned property.
• Use blowing equipment to clear debris and leave the client property in better shape than before you arrived!
• Prune shrubs and low trees; remove damaged or dead branches.
• Perform weeding by hand or small tools.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest quality standards and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
• Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

To qualify as a Driver of our crews, in addition to the above, you must:

• Possess a valid driver’s license (of at least 3 years) and a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test.
