Russell Landscape is seeking Crew Members for their commercial landscape maintenance team. You will work on professional crews performing mowing, trimming, edging and planting tasks at commercial properties.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of landscape experience, can operate lawn equipment, and possess a strong work ethic. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors, with opportunities for growth into Crew Leader roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial landscape experience required.
• Ability to operate mowers, blowers, trimmers and related equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work as part of a maintenance crew.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round.

Responsibilities

• Work on a professional landscape maintenance crew for commercial properties.
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting and pruning tasks.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and maintaining tools.
• Follow Crew Leaders' directions and maintain clean, safe job sites.
• Support occasional construction or enhancement projects.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining attractive outdoor spaces.

What You'll Do:

• Work on a professional landscape maintenance crew serving commercial properties
• Perform high-quality maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, pruning, and more
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and materials, keeping tools in top shape
• Follow directions from Crew Leaders and ensure job sites are clean, safe, and complete
• Occasionally support commercial construction or enhancement projects
• Take pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor environments

What You Bring:

• At least 2+ years of commercial landscape experience
• Ability to operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscape equipment
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license is a MUST
