Russell Landscape is seeking skilled Crew Members to join our commercial landscape maintenance team. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy working outdoors, and are ready to grow your career with a top-tier landscaping company, we want to hear from you!

You’ll work on a professional landscape maintenance crew serving commercial properties, perform mowing, edging, mulching, planting, pruning, and more, and support loading/unloading equipment. A strong work ethic and reliability matter.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commercial landscape experience preferred
• Ability to operate landscape equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
• Team-first attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Valid driver's license is a plus
