Russell Landscape is seeking skilled Crew Members to join our commercial landscape maintenance team. You will work on a professional crew serving commercial properties and take pride in quality outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, pruning, and assisting with equipment. We offer competitive pay, benefits, 401(k), and growth opportunities across our Southeast region.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of commercial landscape experience.
• Ability to operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscape equipment.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
