Job summary

Lemcke Landscape Inc, an award-winning company serving the Indianapolis area, is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to join our team.

You will assist in landscape maintenance, installation, and property care, working with a crew to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces and superior customer service.

Responsibilities include operating hand tools, performing tree care, sod laying, planting, and occasional snow removal to ensure projects stay on schedule and safe for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape installation
• Knowledge of irrigation systems
• Ability to perform quality control inspections
• Proficiency with hand tools
• Basic carpentry skills
• Laying Sod
• Transplanting

Responsibilities

• Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as property cleanups, planting, weeding, edging, and mulching to enhance aesthetic appeal.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects.
• Conduct tree care duties, including pruning, tree trimming, and removal as needed.
• Extend downspouts and bury drainage systems.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment daily.
• Engage in snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic repairs.

Daily Responsibilities:

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $36,000.00

Maximum Salary: $48,000.00
