Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with a team of experts to create breathtaking landscapes for high-end residential properties.
2. Safely and efficiently operate landscaping equipment, including skid-steers and excavators.
3. Cultivate a secure and positive work atmosphere for all team members.
4. Play a key role in streamlining work processes to enhance overall efficiency.
5. Assist in daily and weekly reporting on hours worked and job progress.

Qualifications:

1. 1+ years in landscaping installation, excavation, or general construction, preferably in an onsite leadership role.
2. Proficiency in skid-steer and excavator operation.
3. Valid Driver's License.
4. High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
