As a Bilingual Garden Service Crew Member or Crew Leader, you'll play a key role in maintaining some of the most stunning residential gardens in the Greater Yellowstone area, including Bozeman, Big Sky, and beyond. We’re looking for a hardworking, team-oriented individual who enjoys hands-on work, values a great team culture, and is eager to grow their skills in gardening and landscape care.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain high-end residential gardens with tasks like planting, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control.

• Help bridge communication between English and Spanish-speaking team members to ensure seamless teamwork.

• Learn plant names and care techniques while working in diverse landscapes.

• Receive hands-on training and work alongside experienced landscape professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) with strong communication skills.

• A passion for plants, nature, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude—kind, reliable, and eager to learn.

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform demanding tasks.

• A valid driver’s license (must be 21+ with a clean driving record for 3+ years).

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
