Job summary

Cutting Edge Landscape is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to guide a small team on commercial landscape maintenance projects. This year-round position includes winter snow support and a focus on safety, quality, and timely completion.

You will lead 2–3 crew members, operate landscape equipment, report hours, and participate in onboarding. A valid license and the ability to lift 50+ lbs are required, with overtime eligibility and year-round work offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of 2–3 team members on job sites.
• Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup tasks.
• Operate trucks, mowers, trimmers, and other landscape tools.
• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion.
• Report crew hours, complete daily paperwork, and track materials.
• Train new crew members and support field onboarding.
• Assist with snow removal during winter season.
