The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader to oversee outdoor projects and lead a crew in daily grounds and turf maintenance. Your office is outdoors, with a new view each day.

We value individuals who love the outdoors, have horticulture/landscape background, and can coach crew members while performing planting, trimming, mowing, and diagnosis of turf and shrub conditions. Travel may be up to 25% and benefits support growth.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors.
• Background in horticulture or landscaping preferred.
• Turf, weed, tree and shrub ID knowledge preferred.
• Ability to complete the Davey landscape career development books upon hire.
• Ability to complete the Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire.
