Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking full‑time Landscape Mowing Crew Leaders through our Landscape Maintenance Department (LMD) for our Brookfield, WI branch location. This role offers the opportunity for personal and professional growth, collaboration with industry experts, and the chance to work on hands‑on, outdoor projects. During the winter we do snow removal, training, and complete maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Crew Leaders haveminimum of one year experience in the production field leading technician crews ensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes (pro-rated with advanced education).
• Willingness to learn and improve processes.
• Commitment to safety.
• Strongplantidentificationskills(annuals,perennials,trees,shrubs) preferred.
• Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator’s License (Category 3.0) preferred.
• Two or four‑year degree from an accredited college/university in Horticulture or related fieldis preferred.
• Bilingual - proficient/fluent in Spanish is a plus.
• Required to possess and maintain valid, non-probationary driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Required to successfully complete a preplacement physical (to include lifting 50 pounds) and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• LMD Crew Leaders train, develop, manage, review, motivate, and direct a crew of technicians and laborers.
• LMD Mowing Crew Leaders maintain lawns through mowing and trimming.
• Shape and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees.
• Conduct spring and fall cleanups.
• Remove snow and ice during winter.
