Job summary

Landscape East & West is seeking a Residential Maintenance Crew Leader to manage maintenance routes on residential properties with a small crew. A minimum of 3 years in landscape maintenance and at least 1 year of crew leadership is required. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and operating landscape equipment. Compensation ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, with a 1,000 USD signing bonus after 120 days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance.
• At least 1 year of crew leader experience.
• Ability to manage, communicate effectively with employees and onsite contacts.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Candidate must possess a valid, insurable driver’s license and be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, blowing, weeding, pruning, and general cleanup of residential properties with 1-2 crew members.
• Operate and maintain care of leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, and other equipment.
• Track hours and materials for weekly maintenance route in Aspire.

• Operate and maintain care of leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, and other equipment.
• Track hours and materials for weekly maintenance route in Aspire.

Position Range

$22--$24/hr
