Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on landscape construction experience.
• 1+ year in a supervisory role preferred.
• Proficient in hardscape and softscape techniques.
• Valid CA driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work with a crew to complete landscape construction and installation projects.
• Read and interpret design plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Coordinate daily tasks, tools, and materials to meet project deadlines.
• Perform and oversee work such as grading, paver and stone installation, planting, irrigation, and low-voltage lighting.
• Ensure high standards of quality, cleanliness, and craftsmanship.
• Maintain safe work practices and enforce company safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients when needed.
• Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and efficiency.
• Track time, materials, and progress for reporting and payroll.

Position Summary

The Crew Leader is responsible for supervising and working alongside a crew to ensure the successful execution of landscaping projects, including hardscape, softscape, planting, irrigation, and lighting installations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in landscape construction, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and work with a crew to complete landscape construction and installation projects
• Read and interpret design plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Coordinate daily tasks, tools, and materials to meet project deadlines
• Perform and oversee work such as grading, paver and stone installation, planting, irrigation, and low-voltage lighting

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the North Bay
• Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
