We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality landscape design and exceptional hardscaping services, including stunning stone patios, durable stone walls, and elegant stone steps. Our focus is on creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces for our clients. We are a growing team of dedicated employees and are looking for a motivated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to help lead our field operations.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape Supervisor to oversee our hardscaping and landscape design project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field crews, ensuring projects are completed to our high standards, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of hardscaping and landscaping techniques, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct field crews on various hardscaping and landscape design projects.
• Monitor project progress, quality of work, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company equipment and vehicles.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites.
• Track and report project progress, including labor hours and materials used.
• Assist with site preparation, material procurement, and other project-related tasks as needed.
• Problem-solve issues that may arise on job sites in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a supervisory role within the landscaping or hardscaping industry.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $23.00 - $26.00 per hour based on Experience and Skill Level
• Paid Time Off
• Monday - Friday Work Schedule
• 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Overtime is available if wanted, not required
