Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Remodeling Crew Leader located in Brockport, NY. The Remodeling Crew Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day remodeling projects, leading and coordinating a team of workers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Duties will also include hands-on work in various aspects of remodeling, communication with clients, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen and bathroom remodels, home building, and additions
• Strong skills in drywall repairs, finish carpentry, and painting
• Proficiency in electrical work, including lighting, switches, outlets, and wiring
• Proficiency in plumbing tasks, such as toilet installations, drain repairs, and water heater installations
• Ability to lead and manage a team, excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience in a supervisory role within the construction or remodeling industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training in construction and safety protocols are beneficial
