Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of commercial landscape maintenance experience.
• Minimum one year of experience operating commercial mowing equipment.
• Experience driving trucks and trailer combinations.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read and write effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small crew.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily routes and job assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure work meets company quality standards and client expectations.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintenance best practices.
• Handle onsite personnel issues and communicate concerns to management.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Safely operate company trucks and trailers.
• Maintain a clean driving record and comply with laws and safety policies.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and secure loads.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and trailers.
• Operate landscape maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
• Monitor turf health and address common landscape issues.
• Assist with irrigation inspections and report deficiencies.
• Maintain production efficiency and complete paperwork on time.
• Interact professionally with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Winter operations: snow removal as assigned.
