Job summary

Terra Green Precision Landscapes is seeking a Landscape Foreman to lead installation crews and oversee landscape projects outdoors in Concord, NC. The role involves coordinating hardscape installs, irrigation and lighting systems, and grading work, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of experience, strong landscape knowledge, and ability to lift heavy loads. Drug tests and background checks may be required; valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of landscaping experience (2+ preferred).
• General landscape knowledge.
• Basic planting knowledge.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Oversee hardscape projects (masonry, pavers, retaining walls, patios, etc.).
• Load/unload equipment onto trucks.
• Lift 50+ pounds.
• Willing to submit to drug test and background check.
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 member landscaping install crews.
• Communicate well with manager and crew members.
• Oversee and install hardscapes projects (pavers, retaining walls, patios, etc.).
• Oversee and install irrigation and outdoor lighting systems.
• Oversee installation of mulch, pine-needle, sod, etc.
• Perform grading projects.
• Ensure a clean and safe worksite for both employees and clients.
• Properly maintain assigned vehicle and equipment.
