Exquisite Lawns of Va. (dba) U.S. Lawns - Fredericksburg / North Richmond, VA is seeking a Landscape Crew Leader with 2+ years of proven maintenance experience. The role leads a crew, delivers high-quality service, and maintains strong client relationships in all weather.

You will train crews, ensure safety, coordinate tasks, and uphold company standards while representing U.S. Lawns in a professional manner. Strong leadership, reliability, and ability to work weekends if needed are valued.

Qualifications

Two or more years of landscape maintenance leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of plants, landscaping techniques and equipment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate crew members to ensure high-quality job performance.
Assign daily tasks and follow up to complete work per company standards and client expectations.
Train crew on landscape techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures.
Maintain client relationships and respond promptly to requests.
Inspect sites, identify issues, and communicate with clients and management.
Promote safe work practices and conduct weekly tailgate meetings.
Oversee vehicles, tools, and equipment and ensure proper use and care.
