Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites. You will supervise a crew of 2-5 team members, ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView quality standards. You will coordinate with the Operations Manager to meet client expectations.

The role involves managing service lines from basic maintenance to installation, irrigation, seasonal color, and chemical applications, with emphasis on safety and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications are required.
• Experience in a landscape-related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• A valid Driver License is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Coach and train crew members and provide feedback to Operations Manager.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs and expectations.
