Job summary

Ryan Lawn & Tree in Omaha, NE is seeking a hands-on Landscape Crew Lead to guide a 2–4 person team on a variety of residential and commercial projects. You will oversee planting, hardscaping, drainage, and ensure high-quality workmanship while coordinating with clients and our service offerings.

This safety‑minded role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of lead experience, the ability to lift 75 lbs, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of landscape crew lead experience required.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and walk up to 3 miles daily.
• Valid driver's license; ability to obtain DOT certification.
• Safety-sensitive position with pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead your crew and mentor 2–4 crew members.
• Oversee landscape projects from planting to hardscaping.
• Interact with clients daily and report progress.
• Coach team members to sharpen skills.
• Ensure crew has tools and training.
• Knowledge of Design/Build practices and Ryan services.
